What’s Your Business Attraction Quotient?

At a seminar I ran on Customer Attraction Secrets we talked about the fact that the more attractive your business is, the more customers you’ll attract via word of mouth. We also talked about the Attraction Quotient being a key to that.

Let me explain…

Imagine owning a business that is SO attractive … that you have queues of people lining up out the front waiting to do business with you.

And imagine too that you never have to spend a cent on advertising. That referrals flow in thick and fast. So thick and fast that you don’t need to spend a cent of money on advertising… customers simply flock to you. In fact, customers actually aspire to be clients of yours because it’s such an attractive thing to do.

Companies that have a high attraction quotient actually experience this on a daily basis.

Here are six key factors that impact your AQ …

1. Experience
What kind of customer experience do you deliver that creates an absolute WOW in the hearts and minds of your customers? Not just answering the phone on three rings or underpromising and overdelivering, but how can you leave them gob-smacked from the very moment they first set eyes on your business. How well do you do that?

2. Your USP or UVP Unique Selling Proposition
What do you do to stand out head and shoulders above your competition in such a way that it delivers massive value to your audience?

3. Brand
How strong is your brand in the hearts and minds of your consumer? What message is it sending? Is it attractive to your customers?

4. Culture
What is it like to work for you? The attractiveness of your corporate culture has a direct bearing on how attractive your business is to customers.

5. Heart
What does your company do to make a difference? To give back? The companies that have the biggest hearts are often the ones that create the most attraction.

6. And last but not least, viral appeal.
Once you do great things how easy are you making it for potential customers to see how attractive your business is? Viral marketing is a little like word of mouth marketing but on a much bigger scale. When people tell the world about something they’ve seen or experienced those people tell others and those people tell others and so on.
